Convinced that he is the victim of a conspiracy following two medical errors, Marc, a star surgeon at the hospital, is found murdered on the evening of December 31. It is Anna, his ex-wife who lives a torrid passion with a young surgeon, and Cédric, an ambulance driver, former best friend of Marc who make the macabre discovery.
