Ichika Tendo is a single mother raising her five year old son alone, while she is assigned to work the doctor car for a general hospital. Unlike an ambulance, the doctor car has a doctor which will use this car to make visits to patients. However Ichika has difficulties with her teamleader Asagi as he wants to get rid of this unit.
