On Extra Virgin Americana , the stars of Extra Virgin and first family of Tuscan cooking — Debi Mazar, Gabriele Corcos, daughters Evelina and Giulia, and uncle Robert — are setting out on the family vacation of a lifetime. Whether they're making a stop along historic Route 66 or cooking under the stars on the canyon rim, the food will share a starring role in this road trip. They'll visit restaurants, markets, food trucks and stands to get a taste of the local flavor and use that inspiration to create an easy meal for the family.
