Rookie building manager Yoshida must protect the peace of the apartment complex from the threat of a perverted housewife ! Yoshida, who took over as the caretaker of a certain housing complex in place of his father, is met with attacks from married women who have descended into madness while wearing lewd outfits called "Libido Cross." While being tossed about by the rampage of residents such as Watanabe and Ichinose, the threat of A-list married woman Kanzaki and the shadow of the police interfering with the incidents further deepen the darkness of the housing complex. Yoshida confronts them with his weapon, the "Boltack Claw," but behind him lies the sinister hand of the even greater despair, the "Vanishing Exclusionary Women's Association."
