Heeding the suffering of the people and wanting to save his nation, he creates a manifesto about justice and reform to aid those who have been trampled by unreasonable power. His loyal ally, Ro Chishin, travels the country to find like-minded comrades willing to rise up and take up this cause. This is a story of rebellion and reform, where the powerful and corrupt Song Regime as well as the secret organization "Seirenji" are the greatest obstacles.
