Griselda Carrasco is a humble woman, but rich in morals and principles. She dedicates her life to the well-being of her three children and grandson. However, she is very proud of her line of work. Her ex-husband, Jose Salinas, was seemingly lost at sea, but reappears fifteen years later and will try to claim his place. Destiny leads Griselda to Reinaldo Ibarra, an honorable man, despite his social status.
