Rick Stein's Road to Mexico journeys down through North America to explore the hottest food trend, Mexican. Over six weeks, Rick travels down the Pacific Highway of California down to Mexico, sampling the delights that this beautiful part of the world has to offer, and added his own special Cornish twist to the food on his way. Starting in San Francisco and Baja California, and working his way down through Mexico, Rick Stein cooks, eats and experiences Mexican food at its very best and most diverse.
