The series will tell the story of obstetrician-gynaecologist Mykhailo Honchar, who was forced to move to Kyiv from Sievierodonetsk. The hospital where he headed the maternity ward was destroyed by Russian shelling, as was Mykhailo's home. He finds a job at the Kyiv Research Centre for Obstetrics and Reproductive Medicine, where pregnant women with pathologies and complications are referred from all over Ukraine
